Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, request a consultation, or complete a questionnaire, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your property address
• Project details, preferences, and approximate investment range you share with us
• How you found us (referral source)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
• Prepare personalized project recommendations
• Send project updates during construction
• Improve our services based on feedback

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Submitted inquiries are retained in a private lead database so we can track and respond to them. We also use an email delivery provider to notify our team. We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, project records, and legal or business obligations, and you may request deletion as described below.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage. Our custom inquiry events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, messages or conversation prompts.

When a visit identifies an AI referral through a supported referring website or campaign label, we may keep its source, the public landing-page path and a timestamp in this tab's session storage for a 30-minute attribution window. We do not store full referring URLs, query strings or conversation text in that record. Browser settings may prevent this measurement.

If you submit our contact form, that referral context may accompany your inquiry so we can understand how you found us. We also measure contact-link clicks and accepted contact submissions. A click does not tell us whether a call connected, and a submission does not establish that an inquiry became a customer.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads or from a link with campaign tags, we keep the ad click identifier (for example Google's “gclid”), the campaign tags and the landing-page path in a first-party cookie named barcci_ad for up to 90 days. We do not store the full web address or the referring site. If you later send us an inquiry, that information is saved with it so we can tell which advertising led to real projects.

Our website uses the Google Ads tag (provided by Google LLC) to measure ad results. After an inquiry is saved, we tell Google that a lead occurred, with an internal reference number and, to match the ad click, a one-way hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number. We do not send your name, address or message. Later, we may also tell Google, in the same hashed form, whether the inquiry became a consultation or a project, so our ads reach people with similar projects. Visitors who came from an ad may see a Google forwarding phone number; calls to it are connected to us and Google reports the call length to us. If a call from our ads is recorded, you will hear a notice before the conversation starts.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not send hashed contact details for ad measurement and we ask Google to restrict its processing of your data. You can also email us to opt out.

Cookies

Besides the barcci_ad cookie described above, the Google Ads tag may set its own cookies to measure ad clicks and conversions. We do not run Google Analytics, session-recording tools or the Facebook Pixel. The temporary tab storage described above is separate from cookies.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS with modern security headers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
